Shipping to UK

For orders above £49, no shipping fee will be added. For order values ​​below £49, a shipping fee of £6 will be added.

If you provided information about e-mail address and / or mobile number when ordering, you will receive information about the package ID (tracking number) sent to you as soon as our shipping partner has received your package for delivery.

When the package arrives at the delivery point, a notification will be sent to you. If you enter your mobile phone number when ordering, you will receive an arrival message via SMS.

Delivery time
We estimate the delivery time to 2-4 working days, with the reservation that the delivery time may be longer in individual cases. Should your order be delayed for any reason, we will contact you. You always have the right to cancel the purchase with us in the event of a delivery delay.

Shipping to pick-up point
After the package has been delivered to the pickup points, it remains there for about 14 days. For questions about your package, contact support@primus-silva.co.uk and we will help you further.

Packages that are not collected
We reserve the right to charge the customer a fee for packages not picked up from the agent. The fee (£30) refers to the cost of return shipping, handling fee and handling cost. Packages usually remain for about 14 days from the day of arrival at your agent. For questions about your package, contact our customer service and we will help you.

Home delivery
We offer home delivery to most UK addresses. Our shipping partner will contact you in order to schedule your delivery if you have selected home delivery as your shipping method.

International delivery
We offer delivery to Sweden, Norway, Germany and UK. For international shipping or other countries, please contact us for more information.
