Brie cake

Cooking time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4

PRIMUS | OPEN FIRE

Ingredients:

1 Brie, whole weel
1 tbsp butter
150 g mixed nuts
50 g dried cranberries
Chopped dried apricots
Lingonberries
5 dried figs
1 fig
Honey
Thyme
Bread

Instructions:

PREPARE AT HOME
01 Chop the mixed nuts and put in a jar.
02 Chop the dried fruit and mix with the dried berries and lingonberries and put in a jar.
COOK OUTSIDE
01 Toast the nuts in a dry frying pan and set aside.
02 Place the brie in a frying pan and top with fruit, nuts and berries.
03 Place the pan over the fire, cover with a lid or plate and leave until the cheese is hot and soft.
04 Top with the thyme and honey.
05 Cut a slit across the cheese and open up a hole.
06 Dip with good bread and enjoy!
