Camping pizza with kale, nuts, blue cheese and honey

Here’s a wintry, quick and totally tasty simplified version of the traditional pizza. Made with tortilla bread, salty melted blue cheese, sweet honey and crunchy pistachios.

Ingredients:

4 tortilla breads
4 leafs of kale
2 dl créme fraiche
200 g blue cheese
4 tbsp pistachio nuts
2 apples
Olive oil
Sea salt

Instructions:

COOK OUTSIDE
01 Chop the kale and pistachios.
02 Fry the kale in oil and season with flake salt for 3- 5 minutes, set aside.
03 Fry the tortilla breads on one side until golden
04 Spread the creme fraiche onto the toasted side of the tortilla bread, sprinkle the blue cheese and divide the apples.
05 Put the tortilla bread into the pan again and fry on low heat until the cheese starts to melt.
06 Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fried kale and chopped pistachios.
