PREPARE AT HOME

Make some gingerbread dough, or take the easy route and buy ready-made.
COOK OUTSIDE

Slice the gingerbread dough into thin slices.

Place the caramel in the middle and roll it into the dough into a nice ball.

Fry the balls over the fire in a dry pan on low heat.

Turn carefully when the bottom has browned slightly.
