Marinated Outdoor Skewers

Ingredients:
SKEWERS
Diced zucchini
Quartered red onion
Mushrooms
Split tomatoes
Boiled potatoes
Cubes of beef steak
Chorizo
MARINADE (CHIMICHURRI)
2 part Chopped parsley
1 part Chopped garlic clove
1 part Lemon zest
1 part Chopped red chili
TO TASTE
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
PREPARE AT HOME

Make the chimichurri by chopping all the ingredients or by mixing it in a blender

Cut the skewer ingredients into same sized cubes and marinate everything in an airtight container.
COOK OUTSIDE

Start the fire and wait for the flame to become ember.

Cook the skewers over the griddle.

Serve with a dollop of herb and garlic yoghurt.
