One Pot Arrabiata

Sometimes, all you need is a warm, comforting tomato-based pasta with some garlic and chili, cooked in one simple pot. This is the dish for moments like those.

Ingredients:

400 g macaroni
800 g chopped canned tomatoes
4 tbsp tomato purée
1 diced onion
2 crushed garlic
1 chopped red chili
Olive oil
Salt & pepper

Instructions:

PREPARE AT HOME
01 Chop the chili, dice the onion, and crush the garlic. Put together in an airtight container. Measure the pasta and tomato purée.
COOK OUTSIDE
01 Sweat the vegetables with salt and olive oil in a pot.
02 Add the chopped tomato and tomato purée, let simmer for a couple of minutes.
03 Add the pasta and let it cook for 8-12 minutes, depending on pasta style.
04 Serve directly with a spoon.
