Reindeer kebab in bread

In Sweden, reindeer is cheap and readily available and can be combined with a variety of foods. Serve in bread with the usual kebab accompaniments for a real quick and easy classic. Reindeer can of course be substituted for frozen kebab meat.
PRIMUS | TREKKING & EXPEDITION
Ingredients:
4 pita bread
400 g reindeer meat
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
Green salad
4 tbsp garlic sauce
Fresh parsley
Feferoni peppers
Oil for frying
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
COOK OUTSIDE

Fry the reindeer meat in oil, season with salt and pepper.

Cut up the vegetables.

Heat the pita.

Fill with lettuce, tomato, gherkin, red onion and reindeer meat.

Top with garlic sauce and parsley.

Enjoy with feferoni peppers.
