Sausage with hot dog roll and garnish

Sausage on a hot dog roll is a great combo. Whether it’s weekday lunch or dinner after a day in the woods. Of course, sausages are best grilled over an open fire and if you’ve never tried making your own gherkin relish before, you’ll absolutely love it!

Ingredients:

8 Sausages with herbs
8 Hot dog rolls
400 g Sauerkraut
2 Red onions
1000 ml Roasted onions
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Fresh parsley

Instructions:

COOK OUTSIDE
01 Grill the sausages.
02 Warm up the hot dog rolls.
03 Put the sausages in the rolls with the gherkin relish, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise and roasted onions.
04 Garnish with finely chopped red onion and parsley.
04 Serve with sauerkraut.
