<p>Not all gas blends and canisters are created equal and that is why we offer a variety of fuel blends that work in a variety of temperatures. Make sure you select the best fuel option for your intended environment. </p>
<p>Vapor Mesh™ technology makes Primus Winter Gas the fastest sub-zero boiling canister fuel available. It increases the speed of vaporization from liquid to gas, with the inclusion of an absorbent paper insert that increases the surface area available for liquid fuel to evaporate into a gas state. That means a higher pressure that allows the burner to consistently receive more fuel, resulting in a stronger flame that cuts down boiling time in low temperatures, and overall better cold-weather performance. The best part, the effect of the Vapor Mesh increases as fuel level decreases. </p>
<p>After 60 minutes of cooking, a Winter Gas cartridge is approximately 9% more powerful than one without Vapor Mesh. After 120 minutes of use it delivers about 15% more power.</p>
<p>Winter Gas consists of a mixture of propane and isobutane for optimal cooking when the outside temperature is cold. </p>
